This page is maintained by M.L.Dhaka to answer common questions about how the site handles data.
What we collect. If you subscribe to M Letter, we store your email address. If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, and message. If you request consulting or join the community, we store the details you submit and your payment record.
Why. To send you the newsletter you asked for, to reply to your message, and to process consulting or community requests you paid for.
Sharing. We don't sell or share your data. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms. Newsletter delivery is handled through our own backend.
Retention. Subscribers stay until they unsubscribe. Contact messages and consulting/community records are kept as long as needed to respond and for accounting.
Your rights. Email hi@mldhaka.com to unsubscribe, correct, or delete anything we hold about you (payment records may be retained where required by law).
Refund policy — no refunds.
All payments made to M.L.Dhaka — including the ₹1499 consulting request fee and the ₹199 community join request fee — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases where you feel the community or consulting content does not match your skill level or expectations. Please review the offering carefully before paying. By completing payment you accept this policy in full.
